Accounts Payable Specialist (m/f), Tirunelveli in Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu

Your tasks:
- Enter financial transactions into the appropriate computer software
- Produce reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and totals by account
- Reconcile or note and report any differences they find in the records
- Use bookkeeping software as well as online spreadsheets anddatabases
- Receive and record cash, checks, and vouchers
Your skills:
- Selecting and using training/instructional methods and procedures appropriate for the situation when learning or teaching new things
- Talking to others to convey information effectively
- Expertise in business and managementprinciples involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources
- Knowledge of media production, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods. This includes alternative ways to inform and entertain via written, oral, and visual media.
- Expertise in principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
- Generating or adapting equipmentand technology to serve user needs
- Actively looking for ways to help people
